Mechanical and hydraulic presses up to 1500 tonnes are used for all types of sheet metal cold machining: from the simplest drawing processes to deep drawing and coining, with the possibility of working with materials with thickness from 0.2 mm to 12 mm, depending on the level of complexity of the piece.
According to the quantity of components to be produced, we can offer the following production methods:
- Traditional manual presses
- Traditional presses interlocked with robots
- Tandem line with 6 presses interlocked with robots
- Automatic presses with belt shearing
Using our band shearing and our fully automated tandem pressing line with 6 presses in series, we produce the full range of pressed sheet metal parts, covering every imaginable shape and a variety of levels of complexity, producing components in high volumes: from small pressed parts to sophisticated structural parts and body-in-white panels.
Therefore, depending on the size and type of moulds and presses, we can produce a variety of components from 100 to 50,000 pieces per month in various sectors: Automotive, tractors, agricultural machinery, railway and aeronautics.
We are also able to work with a wide range of materials, from high-strength to galvanised steel, and from stainless steel to aluminium.
