From CAD/CAM design to production: complete and customised solutions.
We produce moulds and equipment in a range of sizes, from small to large, and can create these based on our own designs or those of the customer.
The design of components, moulds or machinery is carried out in 3D with the aid of three CAD stations; subsequently, the mathematical data is sent in real time to the machining equipment (CAM). Our Research Centre conducts a thorough technical and commercial feasibility study, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards. Once the project is approved, we proceed with the mould fabrication. For the construction and milling of our equipment, we use numerical control machines with a working range of up to 6 metres.
The Equipment department, in conjunction with the Quality Service department, then conducts rigorous testing on the moulded components to ensure they meet the stipulated quality standards before proceeding with mass production. The department is also organised to provide maintenance and, if necessary, to make changes to the production moulds.
