Cataphoresis and powder coating: advanced technologies for surface treatments.
Cataphoresis and powder coating is carried out using a latest-generation, fully automated system that guarantees quality, efficiency and reduced environmental impact. We invite you to discover the details of the pre-treatment, cataphoresis and powder coating technologies, designed to ensure resistance, uniformity and high surface protection.

Pre-treatment: the basis for perfect coating.
Proper surface preparation is essential for a durable coating with excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance. In our plant, pre-treatment takes place in a continuous flow tunnel using chemical products with low environmental impact. This process, divided into eight phases, is already set up for integration with the latest generation nanotechnologies.
Pre-treatment phases:
- Pre-degreasing
- Degreasing
- Rinsing
- Rinsing
- Activation
- Phosphating
- Phosphating
- Demi-water rinsing

Cataphoretic coating: uniform and long-lasting protection.
Cataphoresis is a surface treatment that guarantees high corrosion resistance for components made of iron, steel and other current-conducting alloys. This process involves the uniform deposition of epoxy resin, which offers prolonged protection against chemical agents and external aggression. Furthermore, it improves the adhesion of finishing paints.

Advantages of cataphoretic painting:
- Uniform coating thickness, even on sharp edges and complex parts.
- Possibility to adjust the thickness (15-40 µm, up to 60-70 µm with new generation paints).
- Exceptional resistance to salt spray, over 500 hours, thanks to the crystalline phosphating pre-treatment.
- High quality finish, with a coating that perfectly reflects the treated surface.
- Almost total recovery of non-electro-deposited paint, thanks to the ultra-filtered washing system.

Electrostatic powder coating: aesthetics and sustainability.
Powder coating is an ecological and effective solution for the surface treatment of metals such as steel and aluminium. This process involves the electrostatic application of polymeric powders, which are then polymerised in an oven, to create a resistant and uniform coating.
Advantages of powder coating:
- High anti-corrosive properties, ideal for protecting components from atmospheric and chemical agents.
- Wide choice of finishes and colours, including orange-peel, embossed and hammered effects.
- An ecological process, that minimises environmental impact and risks for operators.
With our automated plant and innovative technologies, we guarantee excellent results in terms of protection, aesthetics and sustainability.
