Quality has always been at the heart of Caroni’s philosophy: IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications.

Internal technical departments, a prototyping department, various test centres and CNC measuring systems have all contributed to Caroni’s quality profile, leading to the ISO 9001 – VDA 6.1 certification in 1994 and the ISO/TS 16949 certification in 1999, awarded by TÜV Management Service, one of the most rigorous certification bodies in Europe.

In fact, the Quality System has been in operation for a long time and guarantees excellent results thanks to the application of strict control procedures in every phase of the company’s activity: tangible results that have allowed Caroni to gain the trust of the most important foreign markets and to obtain ten-year contracts from the most important manufacturers in the automotive sector.

Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy.

Our integrated quality and environmental policy is based on international standards such as UNI EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and UNI EN ISO 14001. We are constantly improving our processes, technologies and skills, minimising our impact on the environment and promoting a sustainable approach to everything we do.

The management system provides tools to support the work so that quality and the environment continue to be understood as a solid company value, guaranteeing the improvement of methods and technologies, the re-evaluation of human resources, the acquisition of the most appropriate technical knowledge, the management of information on results and the minimisation of environmental impact.
