Tools and Dies
We produce small, mid-sized and large tools and dies to our own and our customers’ designs.
Components, dies and machinery are designed in 3D with the aid of three CAD stations; the mathematics are then sent to computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) systems in real time.
Our Study Center studies the customer’s requirements and conducts an in-depth technical and commercial feasibility study before preparing a project, submitting it for approval and proceeding to produce the dies. Tools are constructed and milled using numerical control machines with a range of up to 6 metres.
The company’s Tooling Department and Quality Service then test the pressed component, which is not mass-produced until it has reached the required quality standard. The department can also provide maintenance services and make any necessary changes to production dies.
