Laser Tube Machining

The LT722D laser tube cutting system offers the highest level of productivity available today, 20% higher than the standard rate on the market, combined with a unique degree of flexibility thanks to automation of all forms of regulation. These features make the system highly efficient and suitable for both small batches and large runs.

With capacities up to Ø 140 mm, maximum lengths up to 3500 mm and thicknesses of up to 8.0 mm on any kind of material, with bars as long as 6200 mm, the LT722D laser cutting system offers the following features:

1. Fully automatic, programmable machine adjustment;
2. A technological database developed specifically for tubular components based on thousands of applications on file;
3. Rapid programming even by inexperienced operators with CAD/CAM Artube software;
4. Automatic bar handling cycle from bundle, including separation, measurement, cutting and unloading;
5. Minimum bar waste.

Programming is performed with CAD-CAM Artube software, developed specifically for working with tubes and making the most of the potential of the LT722D laser cutting system.

The technological database developed specifically for pipes is based on thousands of applications already implemented. Programming is very rapid through CAD/CAM Artube software and does not require special expertise.
